Concept: You just got into the college of your dreams. Now what?
I wanted to prioritize creating ads that felt authentic and needed to make sure the design and copy matched the student audience. We didn't want to sound like “parents” or “banky” and wanted to connect with students where they are right now. They just graduated high school - decided where they’re going to college - and now they’ve got the summer to figure out how to pay for it.
Considering the experience on Snapchat, and what users like to see on that platform, my team and I wanted to push the envelope. We incorporated playful attention-grabbing designs to encourage users to click on the link to read more.
